    All Trainers must have at least five years of successful teaching experience and three years of EFL Teacher Training experience, however most of them well exceed this requirement. All are current teachers, so they are well-versed in the challenges that teachers face in the classroom today.



    Maribel Boender holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching. She has more than fifteen years of experience as a teacher. She has taught at some of Mexico's most distinguished schools and colleges. She has been recognized as one of her institution's best-rated teachers on multiple occasions. She is currently based in the Netherlands, where she is a co-author of a college-level English course book and workbook. She is currently employed as a freelance English and Spanish instructor, where she teaches general English, Business English, and Spanish classes. Maribel was instrumental in the development, planning, and delivery of ITTO's Teacher Training courses.



    Sheila Corwin has an approved TESL certificate and an MA degree in Teaching English to Students of Other Languages from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. She has served as the academic director and principal trainer at a teacher training facility in Florence, Italy, and has taught English language classes at the university level in the Mexican state of Oaxaca, as well as in private language schools in Florence and her home state of California.



    Susan Gammage has a Master's degree and a TESOL certificate, and she has worked in online and teleconference distance education courses for almost 5 years. Her area of expertise is the TOEFL, and she has assisted numerous students in preparing for the IELTS. She has traveled to numerous countries and is familiar with the special requirements of pupils who are immersed in various cultures. Her students regard her as an excellent teacher with a relaxing demeanor and a strong commitment to her students.



    Mary Ann Moore has a Master's Degree in TESOL from the University of Leicester and is originally from Michigan, USA. In 2006, she earned her Cambridge CELTA teaching certificate, and in 2008, she earned her Cambridge DELTA diploma for adult English teaching. She has over 8 years of experience in the ESL area and specializes in business English and ESP. Mary Ann has lived and taught in Brazil, Hungary, England, and Germany for over 13 years. As a teacher and tutor, her philosophy is to create and maintain an open, communicative, and supportive environment in order to maximize each student's learning potential. She enjoys weight training, playing the guitar, and hiking in her spare time.







    Linda Byrd is a New York native with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She attended Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, where she studied Behavioral counseling and human resource management. Linda has worked in literacy programs in New York City, Charleston, and Orlando, where she taught ESL. In 2010, she earned her TEFL certificate and began teaching English as a second language and later training teachers in Guadalajara, Mexico. Linda considers her pupils to be family, and she enjoys teaching English as a second language in Mexico. She also enjoys sewing and baking.
