Get a 20% discount on accommodation only in the April or October sessions. This is a single bedroom with/without meals in our Student Residence.

Many of our CELTA course trainees stay at our student residence in Playa del Carmen, where we offer special prices for those staying more than 27 nights.

The purpose-built residence is located in the center of Playa del Carmen, in a very quiet street, beside the town's main church and just two blocks (a 5-minute walk) from the school.

The residence has three floors and a basement. The ground floor has the reception area, an office, the kitchen and 5 bedrooms; there are 10 bedrooms on the first floor and the second floor has 6 bedrooms and four terraces. Laundry facilities and storage are housed in the basement.

All 21 bedrooms have twin beds and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Bedrooms also have a desk, a TV, ceiling fans and air-conditioning, as well as a small fridge.

Rooms can be booked for individual use or be shared with other students -- but note that shared rooms are for couples and friends coming together.

You can choose no meals, or bed and breakfast. With the "no meals" option, you can use the fully-equipped kitchen in the residence.

Apartments / Studios (Subject to availability)

Cost: $43 USD (per night) Single room in an apartment sharing with other students.

Cost: $30 USD (per night) Shared room in apartment.

Cost: $70 USD (per night) Exclusive use of 1 bedroom furnished apartment.

Cost: $90 USD (per night) Exclusive use of 2/3-bedroom furnished apartment.

For students who are staying in Playa for 4 or more weeks and who like to have access to kitchen facilities, we can provide fully-furnished self-catering studio apartments on campus. In this case, you have you own room with mini-fridge, TV and bathroom but the kitchen is shared with others. *Please note that shared rooms are for couples and friends coming together only.
