    • Correct the following sentences and give a possible reason for the mistake.

      I'm wanting an ice-cream. I want an ice-cream. Want is a state verb and
      cannot be used in the continuous.

      n.b. Just saying that it should be present simple instead of the
      present continuous IS NOT a reason. You must explain why.


    • Name the tense used, state why and give one teaching idea. (gives examples of the language that the teaching idea will have the students using).

      Tense: present continuous to talk about a definite arrangement in the future.
