are receiving. Our courses are designed so that new knowledge and skills will be practiced and retrieved

If you believe we have not met that standard, please contact our student services coordinator. Your concerns
will receive our immediate attention and we will work diligently to resolve them. As evidence of our commitment
to your complete satisfaction, we offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed refund policy, if you are not
completely satisfied with your course and notify us prior to the tenth day on the course, a refund of up to 50%
on remaining tuition may be issued.
Satisfaction Guaranteed Refund Policy:
Remaining tuition fees may be refunded dependant on the length of time the trainee has participated in the
ITTO TEFL course.
- These are as follows:
- Week 1: 50% of remaining fees may be returned.
- Week 2: 25% of remaining fees may be returned.
- Week 3 and beyond: 0% of remaining fees will be returned.
